Welcome to our charming first-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Aspen condo, ideally situated only six blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to the vibrant heart of downtown Aspen. Nestled in a serene residential neighborhood along the Roaring Fork River, you can relax with the soothing sounds of the water rushing below.
This property is professionally managed by Aspen Vacations. Our office is located at 210 Aspen Airport Business Center, Suite BB in Aspen.
The Space:
Your stay will be enhanced by the presence of two delightful balconies, each offering a unique perspective. One overlooking the soothing flow of the river, and the other offering breathtaking views of Aspen Mountain. A wood-burning fireplace, with provided firewood, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas grill on the balcony ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Enjoy the building's amenities year-round including the heated swimming pool and hot tub, all within the serene surroundings of the property. Private parking on-site for one vehicle adds to the unit's convenience.

Visited with my adult son for Mother's Day weekend. Very much enjoyed the home. Clean. Comfortable furniture. Cozy places to curl up. Fabulous beds. Each of us had our own bathroom. The river was both pretty and nice to hear at night. Terrific tv. Like a private movie theatre at night! Of course, Aspen is also beautiful. Enjoy!

Perfect place to stay whether you plan to ski, explore the town of Aspen or just relax. The location is stellar as it just a short walk to restaurants, shops and grocery store. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Ali was a great host and was very easy to work with and prompt getting back to us. Highly recommend it.
