- The owner, renter, and guest may be liable for up to $2,000 to cover the costs of police response to the property pursuant to section 2-22 of the Phoenix City Code.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

We used the kitchen and BBQ grill to prepare a fabulous steak dinner. The layout was perfect and made the process feel like home. Highly recommend this option for golfing groups over hotels or resorts. So relaxing and low key, much preferred over a high priced restaurant.

Clean, spacious and perfect for a handful of adult friends to kick back and just relax. Will be booking again next year. Also super close to the Waste Management Open - just a few minute UBER drive away!

The house was beautiful and well stocked with all the essentials and then some. It was great having the living area on one side of the house and the bedrooms in a wing on the other side (except for the bunk room, which we did not need to use, but was very nice). The pool table got lots of use, as did the giant game of connect four and the scrabble. We were able to easily log into the smart TV in the family room, which had plenty of comfortable seating. We had the pool heated for our stay and it got a lot of use. The heater wasn't working when we arrived, but AvantStay was quick to get the pool tech out to the house to fix it and refunded us the 2 days of heating cost. We had two other minor issues, but they were very responsive and quick to take care of them! The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to many stores, restaurants, hiking trails and baseball spring training. It was a great week.
