A cozy, modern guest house within a mile of the historic downtown plaza. Newly renovated adobe home, with mid-century modern styling. This freshly remodeled 1,100 square foot space features a large light filled main bedroom with full en-suite bath, a second guest room/office area with a comfortable daybed mattress and large desk; an adjoining 3/4 bath, with shower, washer and dryer, a spacious living room with a slate gas fireplace. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, glass tile backsplash, teak cabinetry and butcher block breakfast bar. Custom home furnishings. The guest house has a separate driveway entrance and a separate sunken step-down patio area with wrought iron outdoor dining set with gazebo, providing shade. Quiet neighborhood within close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Close to museums, hiking trails and the ski basin. This property requires a 29 night minimum and five month maximum.

Stayed for 30 days as I worked in the Santa Fe area. This clean, convenient, quiet property was all it was advertised. I highly recommend this listing and will definitely use it again!!!

Whether you are a lone traveller or a couple, this will be the ideal accommodation. It is near to attractions and amenities, and the host is very warm and attentive to guests. I stayed here for a month and liked the place very much. There are also plenty of nice food places around, but if you wish to prepare your own food there are many choices of stores like trader joe's or natural grocers which are 10 to 20 mins walking distance. The swimming pool is also nearby at 15 mins walking distance. The place is also safe and quiet at night. Highly recommended.

The property was exactly as described in the listing and provided the perfect transition when relocating to Santa Fe. The unit was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, with stylish, modern decor and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything needed for daily meal prep and occasional baking.
The South Capitol location is convenient to the Plaza and nicely located for quick access to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. The property host is gracious and a wonderful resource for local information. Overall, a great location, beautiful property and very comfortable stay.
