Problems from the start when I went to my assigned room only to be greeted by barking dogs left unattended several doors away. Checking my credit card statement a few hours later, I discovered that in addition to the initial ***- (*** room + $100 deposit, my credit card had been charged an additional $364- !) I immediately questioned the error and the hotel clerk admitted the charge was a mistake reversing the charges. Preparing to take a shower, I unrolled the bath mat only to find a pubic hair (see photo). And later noted the eraser head sized bloodstain which the hotel manager later challenged without ever seeing it. The final injury occurred three days later after checkout when I see an additional charge of $256.60 on my credit card after I had already paid for the rooms. I am neither a smoker nor a pet owner. Addressing this issue with the hotel manager was a futile process. The manager becoming combative and defensive. Nonetheless, I followed her directions for review of the added charges by emailing *** detailing this issue accompanied by transaction screenshots and no reply.
