Very nice property and customer service

Seventh time visiting/staying in Lakeland. This property met every need. My son, attends Florida Southern College, which is short leisurely walk away. There have been wonderful upgrades to the property not yet reflected in the photos. Everything was very clean and all amenities high quality. There is even a small coffee/tea bar. I was able to make coffee and walk around the lake. The kitchen was perfect and I was able to cook dinner for my son and some of his friends. I cannot say enough about how wonderful things about this property.

The apartment is larger than it looks on the listing. The property was so clean I felt comfortable walking barefoot . There is a full kitchen and dining room . It is very close to one of the lakes . The neighborhood is very sweet. Unfortunately the internet did not work well at all and I really needed it. It only worked intermittently and was very slow. For what I paid for 2 night were costly you would expect superior internet. It is a necessity these days. This needs to be corrected. Also on the day the reservation was in effect no code was sent for entry into the property, I had to reach out to the owner. He was very nice and helpful, but this should have been posted on the site. Overall the property is wonderful and I would recommend it, however make sure the internet is fixed first. Also went to the Joinery cute and fun group or restaurants under 1 roof. Both the pizza and the Ramen were very tasty. On Tuesdays they have outdoor games set up as well.

Everything about our stay here was lovely. The apartment was wonderful, plenty of space and comfortable “home”. The area is quiet and beautiful. Interesting shops and several lakes to walk around. We will definitely book with them again!!
