About this house rental
Our delightful carriage house features two private spaces in one cozy home. Hidden away in the walkable, historic, Lake Morton neighborhood, this 100 year old, charming home has everything you need to relax, work remotely, or visit friends and family. Stay for a couple of days or a few months! Everyone can spend time together in the living and dining areas. But you also have the option of relaxing in your own space. Downstairs is a private studio apartment with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a small table for a laptop or a cup of coffee. Upstairs is an inviting living area with a large, comfy sofa, dining area, another full kitchen with everything you need to cook if you wanted to, and master bedroom with ensuite. Two designated parking spaces for compact vehicles are right outside of the home with additional parking available for larger vehicles. Our home is in the heart of Lakeland and offers convenience, peace and efficiency. We look forward to welcoming you home.

This was a great location to the RP Funding Center. We really used it as a place to rest our heads after long days attending the RP Funding Center, but worked well. It was very clean. The owners were very communicative when we had issues with the door codes. It had everything we needed. Because of the separate spaces, it was nice sharing with people we had never stayed with before. It was also very close to downtown and to the restaurants we went to. I would definitely book again!
