This fully renovated condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a waterfall island and a four-seat breakfast bar. Paul and unit were good. Location in Tamarindo is fabulous. Access to hotel is a real plus for the bar and beach. Good security and friendly people. This particular unit has to be accessed from the back which meant a walk across a gravel parking lot and some dark places. Not great at night time, but we managed. Some noisy neighbors, but no real way to resolve since there is nobody on site. Had a problem with one of the doors in the maintenance. Was there within an hour, which was good. Second bedroom is small but great for two kids.

The property was great, very updated and nice. Only downside was the property management - they were very slow to respond and address concerns. You shouldn't have to wait around for hours on your vacation because they are late for promised service.

This property was absolutely amazing. Location cannot be any better in Tamarindo. The pool area was spectacular with easy access to beach. Watching the sunsets from our outdoor living space was so peaceful. Highly recommend. We will definitely repeat in the near future.

We were not in the same building as the rest of the family and it was quite a hike up a hill. Hard to access if you have trouble walking. Also, while the unit looks great on line, some of it was a little worn. The master bedroom did not have private access to the bathroom, but the other bedroom did. The kitchen was nice and patio great, but access to the pool was very difficult, with a lot of very steep stairs. Overall the property is lovely, but difficult to navigate.
