Summary:
This newer luxury 2 Bedroom, 2.5 bath Diria Matapalo Condo has the best location in Tamarindo. Great views of the pristine garden area and 10,000 SF Free form pool.
The Space:
This property features a spacious balcony with plenty of outdoor seating and a beautiful view of the pool and surrounding gardens. Professionally decorated with all high-end furnishings. This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.
The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. With over 1500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Spacious living and dining areas. Smart FHD TV in the family room, cable, high-speed WiFi, and central A/C. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have their own private full bathroom inside the utility room. The Master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two double size beds. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.
The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24-hour security, secure parking, and elevator access.
As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo and soap. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

Resort Access: To use the resort facilities, each guest aged 12 and older is required to wear a bracelet. A few days prior to arrival, the concierge team will request confirmation of the total number of guests, as well as the full name and a passport photo of each guest. This information allows the team to coordinate the bracelets in advance and have them ready in the condo on the day of arrival.
Getting Around:
Tamarindo is super easy to get around without a car! Plenty of inexpensive taxi and bus options should you not want to rent a car!

There is plenty to do in Tamarindo! From world-class surfing, diving, fishing, horseback riding, ATV tours, shopping, and dining. Day trips to the Volcano and White-water rafting. The condo was beautiful and as advertised, the pool was great and it had a very relaxing vibe. Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. I read a lot of negative reviews about Tamarindo online but have to say I thought it was very pleasant. The beach is gorgeous, the people are friendly, and I didn't find the town to be a party town but more of a centre with a lot of restaurants.The only negative comment I have to share is that the air conditioning stopped working in our unit. I did contact the management company and they sent staff in to try to fix it but after people coming in and out for a day with no resolve I let the issue go so that I didn't any more days allowing workers/staff to come and go from the property. This resulted in a few sleepless nights but we didn't make a fuss as our schedules were pretty relaxed.
