This property is just as described and well equipped to accommodate longer stays. We loved the location! Very safe, walkable neighborhood and of course, the town of Dunedin is lovely.

Charlotte was a GREAT host, promptly responded on every question and/or need. Location was awesome, walked more on nearby Pinellas's trails than ever before, home easily accommodated 3 adults, back yard spacious, good neighborhood, convenient to downtown & Honeymoon Island.....we created memories for a lifetime, thanks!!

This was a home in paradise for us the past three months. The home has a spacious and beautiful yard. The house is laid out perfectly with three bedrooms and and office space. TV’s in each bedroom! We absolutely loved the location…seconds to running trails, the beach and Dunedin Main for amazing food and atmosphere. Charlotte is amazing and incredibly helpful. A must stay place!

The house and backyard was perfect for a family or guests. Loved the proximity to the bike trail and the sound/gulf. The house was well appointed and there was great attention to detail, with kitchen gadgets, toiletries and chocolates in our rooms. I’d stay there again in a quick minute! Charlotte and her husband were great when I inadvertently locked myself out and provided lots of handy tips about the area. Just perfect!
