Overall, the house was very nice. The kitchen had been redone so all the appliances were new and very clean. Many kitchen items were also brand new but still had sticky tags on them that necessitated lots of cleaning prior to use. We had inquired about having a drip coffee maker in advance and was told there was one. Unfortunately there wasn’t one, but they got us one the following day. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only outside space is around the back and not screened. Apparently there had also been some outside work done on the house and we found lots of roofing nails and other building scraps scattered amongst the rock driveway. Could have been a real problem.
