Very clean. Well furnished kitchen. Nice screened in front porch. Beach supplies were greatly appreciated. Suggestions: install TV down by pool, earlier checkin or less cost to checkin early.

The house itself was nice! The beds were comfy and the sheets were clean. The bathrooms were also clean. However, they only provide one roll of toilet paper:( We weren’t given any beach towels (listed in the items book) but they were able to bring us some in a timely manner. The kitchen was small, but useable. The appliances were nice and worked well.
The T.V. in the living room hardly worked. It had to be connected to the WiFi to be able to work. The WiFi hardly ever worked, but cellular data was available throughout the home.
The front patio was amazing. A nice place to relax and play some cards or eat a dinner. The back deck was also nice.
The pool was smaller than expected, but still a refreshing break. It was warm, so I’m pretty sure it was heated.
One main downfall was the hot tub. In the listing, it had a hot tub pictured. In January, it can get kind of cool at night and we had booked this house specifically for the hot tub. However, there was no hot tub. We messaged the host and they said that it was ruined in the hurricane. We booked this place over a year after the hurricane occurred. It was very upsetting to see no hot tub. The listing still has it listed, so if you’re excited about it, don’t be.
Another downfall is the location. It says in the listing that it was a 7 minute walk to the pier. This is far from true. It’s about a ten minute walk to the beach and then another 10 minute walk to the pier. However, it is in a very quiet location.
