About this house rental
This beautiful Ski-In/Ski-Out resort is right at the base of Peak 7! The perfect place
for a romantic getaway or family vacation with all the amenities. Relax in the inside/outside pool or in many of the outside hot tubs plus the Grotto (an adult only hot tub, spa and sauna). Hop on the free Gondola over to Peak 8 for more restaurant and activity options or to head downtown. There is ski equipment storage located on the ground floor with easy access to the lifts. The condo is a studio apartment with a private bedroom and king bed and a sleeper sofa with queen mattress in the living room. Our owner share week is one of the best weeks for skiing and snowboarding. February is the best time for good powder on the ground while not being too cold outside! If you are driving in from Denver or elsewhere there is a heated parking garage that will make arriving and departing a breeze!
Once you book through VRBO's secure system, we will contact the resort and give them your name to let them know you will be staying there. You will be responsible for providing a credit card at check-in for any charges at the restaurants or bars or spa on site. The rental is for an entire week, but you do not have to stay the whole full week. Even if you only can stay for half of the time, this is a great deal. You wont be able to find this kind of condo with all amenities and location for this price anywhere else in town!

The suite was perfect, I have nothing bad to say about it. This suite is beautiful and cozy, and the view of the slope, chairlift and pool/hot tubs made this suite even better! The owner was extremely cooperative and appreciative. Check-in/out was smooth and easy. Parking was underground and we never had to leave the lodge because everything we needed was there.
The accommodations at this "grand" lodge were incredible. I plan to return same time next year!

The Grand Lodge is a ski in/ski out resort next to Independence Chair lift on Peak 7. The room was great for our family of four. It wasn’t big, but had everything we needed including a kitchenette and a separate bedroom with a King sized bed. We requested a room near the pool and they delivered. The indoor/outdoor pool and multiple hot tubs were enjoyed by all. The private movie viewing room you could reserve for free was a fun treat for our larger group to enjoy together. We also appreciated the lunch room on the first floor. The Resort had other amenities like a spa, an arcade room and an oxygen bar we didn’t use. There is a Gondola you can easily ride to Peak 8 for beginner terrain and ski school. They are putting in another high speed chair on Peak 7 2020-2021 that will make the location even better. The staff was friendly and helpful. We requested a one day visitor parking pass for family and friends visiting and were lucky to get one on two different days. We had a great ski vacation at this beautiful and super convenient resort.
