The Honey Room master retreat is located on the second floor of The Hopestead Bed & Breakfast. This stately room offers the conveniences of a flat-screen television, a private 1/2 bathroom, and a shareable full bathroom with a claw foot tub. The room has aluxurious king-sized bed dressed in 100% cotton sheets, a downy soft comforter, and cozy pillows.

Charming, historic property! Farmhouse charm + modern comfort. Guests are greeted by friendly host, and made to feel welcome. Rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast is quite tasty. We will return again!

Mike & Vanessa are the Greatest! It was our first B&B experience and I’m not sure anyone can top them. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and preserved. Anything a guest could need they had available. If you’re wanting to experience some sweet southern hospitality then you’ve come to the right place. By the end of our stay I felt like we met and made some good friends and would definitely go back to stay! They taught us a lot about the house and we even got to me their sweet donkey. The breakfast was delicious and was prepared like something out of a magazine. Thank y’all again!

Mike and Vanessa are great. We stayed the night breaking up our drive to PCB. After touring the Jack Daniel’s distillery we checked in and met Mike and Vanessa who were so welcoming. We then spent some time with the donkey, horses, and dogs. Vanessa made us a reservation for dinner which was wonderful. We had a good nights rest and then the next morning they made us an incredible breakfast. We chatted with them a while before heading back in the road. They are truly amazing and gracious people and I’m so glad they have opened their home to others.
