3 1/2 stars. The location was close to where my Mom lives. It's close to Spanish Springs Square, * While we had the code to get in, additional information before check in would have helped. We found the WiFi code; had to ask about the location of the laundry; how to use TV (I haven't used a Roku before and there was a problem with it that I wasn't aware of because I hadn't used it before). * The owner was very responsive and promptly responded to my questions; even having batteries shipped to us. * Luckily we knew what it looked like from the photo as we didn't find any address on the residence. * It was clean, but had a musty smell. There were air filters and dehumidifiers running, so I think the owner was doing as much as possible to fix this. The lovely toffee scented candle was great as it really helped when we were there. * The front porch wasn't cleaned at all and I think some of the musty smell could have been coming from that? * There are some cards, games, and puzzles - these were much appreciated and we played a game almost every night. * The pool pictured in the listing is a special pool that requires an additional fee. I was disappointed because I asked about that pool and thought we'd be able to use it. We did find the pool nearby is one of the few open after dark (until 11 pm). * There was a water leak inside the fridge; use the dishwasher w/o closing the lid to the detergent as it doesn't open; and the washer only had hot water.
