Beautifully furnished one-story Designer home with spacious split floor plan. Plenty of room to bring your family and grandchildren; sleeps 6. Two large sized bedrooms, 2 full baths. French doors lead from dining room to air-conditioned/heated Florida room with twin bed and sitting area. Master bedroom has king bed, walk-in closet, and master bath with scalloped sink and custom cabinet. Second bedroom has one full-size bed, one twin size bed, and walk-in closet. Ceramic tile floors throughout. Bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans.
Eat-in open concept custom built gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, electric range/oven, double sink, pots/pans, bakeware, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, small appliances and flatware. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer, farm sink and cabinets. Large open living room has an 8' sofa, recliner chair, entertainment center with TV (Wi-fi included). Cathedral ceiling has Solar tubes to bring in natural light!
For Villagers this is a great home for visiting family, grandchildren and friends!

Enjoy sitting under the shade of the beautiful large oak tree in the spacious landscaped front yard. No road traffic in the quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood next to the Chula Vista Golf Course in the Del Mar Village. The extra-long curved driveway offers plenty of parking and a great space for outdoor gatherings! Large stainless steel Jenn-Air BBQ, extra chairs and tables provided for entertaining!

Live and play like a local Villager! We can provide you with a Guest Pass so you can enjoy all of the amenities, sports and recreation that The Villages provide! Guest passes and golf passes can be arranged “with advance notice” from our co-host, Pamela.
Also Golf Cart and Bicycle Agreements will need to be signed before arrival.

Short walk, bike or 3min golf cart ride to Spanish Springs Town Square to enjoy a great meal, see a show, shop or dance to live music nightly! Walk or take our bikes or golf cart to Chula Vista Recreation Center, where you can swim, play tennis or pickle ball, bocce ball, shuffle board, beach volleyball, billiards. Bring your clubs to play at the Chula Vista Executive Golf Course adjacent to our quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood! There are over 40 Executive golf courses a golf cart drive away!
Publics grocery store is a short 3 minute golf cart drive away! 5 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter landing, a beautiful Cape Cod inspired lakeside town square with live music nightly, great restaurants, shopping and boat rides.
