About this apartment rental
Beautiful views from this oceanfront, recently remodeled spacious 2BR/2BA condo with amenities.
5 glass sliders access the wonderful wrap around balconies from the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms. Balcony features both sitting and dining areas.
The spacious (1561 sq ft of living space plus 316 sq ft of balcony space) 4th floor condo offers large rooms and was completely remodeled in 2021, and is clean, fresh, and fully equipped with everything you need for an extended beach vacation.
The living room features a sectional sofa, huge picture windows with spectacular ocean and long distance coastline view. The adjacent open floor plan dining room offers comfortable seating for 6 as well as a barstool counter.
The Master bedroom features a king size bed, two sliders with balcony access (one with ocean views, one west facing for sunset views), TV/Cable, bathroom with sink and large walk in shower, separate vanity area with second sink, and huge walk in closet.
The second bedroom features a queen size bed, TV/Cable, another walk in closet, direct access to the hall bath with shower, and slider to west-facing balcony.
The kitchen features ocean views, a slider to the balcony, and is fully equipped, with a full set of dishes, glassware, pots/pans, coffee station with coffee maker, glasstop stove/oven, blender, microwave, and kitchen tools.
The condo is equipped with a private laundry room with full size washer/driver in the unit.
We supply beach towels and four beach chairs.
The building features:
* Beach access directly from the pool area (note that beach access does use stairs)
* Stunning 19 story glass atrium with glass elevators, seating areas, and water feature
* Large Pool area with waterfall, loungers, and tables
* Large beachfront lawn area
* Pool-side restrooms (easy access from the beach)
* BBQ grill area
* Indoor hot tub
* Exercise room with cardio and strength equipment
* Parking
Located on A1A in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Local attractions include Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Ocean Walk, Daytona Bandshell, Ponce Inlet lighthouse, outlet mall, Ocean Center, the Halifax River, Main Street, and numerous restaurants. Orlando attractions (Disney, Universal, Seaworld, etc) are a 60-90 minute drive, making day trips possible.
No pets allowed.
No smoking or vaping of any kind, including on the balconies.
No events/parties.

We spent an amazing 10 days at the condo. The views are spectacular, the location is perfect and the amenities supplied by Jeff and Dory rival any 5 star resort with high quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner and lovely starter kit ensures you have all you need so you can start enjoying your vacation from.day 1. As a bonus, the bed in the Master bedroom is more comfortable than my own at home. Communication was excellent with quick response and very clear instructions which provided a stress free check in/out process. Thanks again Jeff and Dory for a fantastic experience and family vacation!

The condo was amazing! It was fully stocked with everything we could have ever needed. Jeff was a great host, we will definitely be coming back!

The unit is beautiful with a great view. The host has gone above and beyond to make your stay comfortable by stocking necessities for you to use. The only negative was not being able to access any WiFi at the pool which is where we spent the majority of our time. Other than that it was great!

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was well stocked and very clean. It had such a homey feel. The view was AMAZING. We loved everything about it!!
