There is a nice and quiet patio with a small backyard completely fenced.
Large living area with comfortable couches and a 50’’ HDTV , Open dining area with a table for up to 8 people and large kitchen with granite countertop and brand new top of the line appliances including an extra-large refrigerator, gas stove with oven, dishwasher, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, utensils, dishes, and wine glasses.
The front of the house has a full driveway for 1 car and plenty of free off street parking.
There is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 guests bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
Catch some rays or relax on the elegant, secluded patio
There is a cottage for 2 people in the back that can be reserved separately
Please be mindful of our neighbors. You are in residential and historic neighborhood, please keep outside noise at a reasonable level during your stay. Please keep exterior clean and do not leave trash outside.
Unreasonably loud noise is prohibited! Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinances and a violation of rental agreement

This house has everything one is looking for. Excellent location, 4 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes from downtown. Lots of great restaurants in the area. The house was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Felt like home away from home.Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

Great location, good price, clean, spacious, and quiet. The negatives are the bare bones supplies and ikea furniture.
There was No keurig, so no pods, no coffee, just the coffee maker. 6 bath towels for a 3 bedroom, no conditioner, no soap dispenser(there is a bottle of liquid soap)
The beds aren’t the best if you like a firm mattress, they are softer than neutral and thin. (IKEA) the kitchen was fine, with a gas stove and plenty of space to cook in, however some of the drawers were shoddy, which is fine as their are plenty of good ones to hold what’s needed. The house has plenty of storage and the back bedroom is so far from the lvg room you can’t hear the tv with the door being closed(big plus if you have night crawlers)
We saw the people in the back coming and going but they were quiet, so it’s not an issue (our dog wasn’t bothered by them either)
If they address the issues I would give it a 5
$$$$
