This gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite is right on the ocean with great amenities you'll love! There is a beautiful oceanfront living room with a large balcony to match the million-dollar view of the ocean, dolphins, and sunrises! There is an ocean view from the kitchen too! Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the bay from the bedrooms. There is a large flatscreen TV in the living room, with two more TVs in the other rooms. This home is bright and beach-themed for kids and adults alike. You'll even have a private washer/dryer during your stay. On-site amenities include an indoor pool and an owner-supplied beach locker to store your umbrella and chairs. There is parking, and you will also be on the bus line to the famous boardwalk as well as the Delaware border. The grocery store is just across the street. Come make lifelong family memories!
Things to Know
Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time.
A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay. We had some issues that needed to be taken care which required several phone calls to vacasa, but were taken care of. The owners were accommodating to the problems. The place was very clean & comfortable. It needs a few updates to keep up w the price they charge compared to others that have more amenities. The kitchen needs work. It was lacking simple things every kitchen needs. Inexpensive upgrades can make a big difference in this condo & guests needs. If the owners stayed a day or 2 here, they would see whats missing/needed & people want. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation. We made due with some problems. But he lack of nicer amenities & poor attention to detail made this home a bit overpriced.

Nice property, does need some minor repairs, like screen to balcony no longer stays in the track. We were told not to open door to the downstairs bedroom balcony, I'm not sure why but there was blue tape on the glass. The air conditioner was blowing really cold upstairs but was blowing hot air into downstairs bedroom which became really warm and not being able to open that balcony door at night. They were very quick to send someone to fix ac but it stopped working again the day before we left. Condo just had some minor inconveniences but is a nice place and we had a great week there.

The condo was clean when we arrived. I’ve stayed at many places & needed to “clean again” once I checked in & left the place cleaner than when I arrived. This was very clean, which makes a big difference. Some things were great & some needed attention & upgrades. The new washer/dryer were great. Kitchen was dated but roomy & had a great counter w plenty of stools to sit to eat or entertain, we spent a lot of time here. Many chairs in living room to sit. Sofa bed was broken when we arrived. Vacasa was very responsive & helpful when I called. The homeowner was also very accommodating & helpful…which is why I will recommend & return. The price point was perfect for what we got, not a “fancy” place but We felt comfortable & overall had a great vacation. We did make some suggestions for some upgrades & things that needed some TLC to make this place a “5” but overall, we were happy here!
