About this house rental
Beautiful Tennessee mountains we have plenty of parking for side by sides n trailers and 4 wheelers. For great rides n fun. The property is fenced in and also gated at the entrance and exit of the property.

This is the second time we've stayed here and the property is perfect for us going out on the trails with our sxs group. The cabin is clean and has all of the essentials. The house is about a 15-20 min ride to Ride Royal Blue. The owners were very accomodating and friendly. The only critiques I will give is there is no wifi in the cabin and the mattress in the master suite should be replaced it wasn't very comfortable. But overall we recommend it and would stay here again!
