Perfect houses for our family, we really enjoyed the pool! The kitchen was really well stocked the downstairs living area and ping-pong table were great. The grill was clean with extra propane, washer and dryer with clean folding tables. Beach gear (could use a refresh), towels, everything that you need for a weeklong family vacation don’t hesitate to rent this house!

Awesome house and location. Walk to beach shops and dinner. Great area with so much to do. House is well equipped for cooking and fun! Beach towels, chairs, and even a wagon to tote it all. Pool was great for post beach or just a lazy day at home. Kitchen had everything needed! We really enjoyed the house and location. Perfect for family vacay. Would definitely go back!!

Everything was clean, great location right near the beach, the kids loved everything and the pool was amazing! Wish the propane tanks got replaced before we checked in as we would have loved to use the grill.

Could not be a cleaner, more seamless check in / out process. House was bright, all major kitchen appliances, and needs covered. Beds were comfy and linens clean. LOCATION CANNOT BE BEAT!!! Seriously, the perfect location in Anna Maria! Things to note:1. There really are no items for kids. No beach toys, bikes, fishing poles, umbrella, boogie boards, pool floats, etc. We donated a boogie board, beach ball, and float just to try to start a small collection. 2. The layout does require you to go fully outside and around the back of the house to have an eye on the pool/kids playing. There’s a WONDERFUL set up in the garage with a patio table, tv, fridge, etc but you can’t be cooking / doing anything in the house at the same time. But not a big deal (and kind of nice to ‘go out to the pool’ but worth mentioning. Fantastic place - you don’t regret this rental.
