This space has it all: two story ceilings, great furnishings, a large, newly remodeled kitchen, three newly remodeled bathrooms, and all new flooring throughout. The main bedroom in the loft and the queen bedroom on the main floor both feature en suite bathrooms. The huge kitchen is perfect for cooking a sit down family meal or for just making a quick sandwich. The balcony overlooks the beach, ocean, and resort style pool, which is conveniently located just steps or an elevator ride away. For those that prefer the beach, this ocean front condo offers a short walk to the beach where you can take a quick dip in the Gulf of Mexico or play in the sugar-white sands. After a day in the sun, relax back at the condo and enjoy the expansive ocean views from the balcony or from this cool, central air-conditioned condo.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Pros: great view, short boardwalk, spacious room, very clean, well equipped room, only one neighbor because of the location, bedrooms stayed cool/cold during the nights.
Cons: echo off tv upstairs was loud, ice maker didn’t work, added an extra night through vacasa and got locked out the last day because no one told us they changed the code

This condo has a gorgeous view, but it's in dire need of some TLC. The most pressing upgrade needed is the purchase of new beds. The current ones are terribly uncomfortable.
