Here, you'll find tennis courts, volleyball, a putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and several outdoor swimming pools. If you're in the mood for a cookout, there are numerous grill areas at your disposal. Dining options are convenient, with the on-site Sassy Bass restaurant serving up delectable dishes.
Beyond the amenities, Gulf Shores Plantation offers private, sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and beautiful landscaping, providing a serene and picturesque setting for your vacation.
For golf enthusiasts, the Kiva Dunes Golf Club is right next door and within walking distance. You're also just a 15-minute drive away from all the exciting attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer.
Your ground-floor condo offers partial views of the Gulf and a delightful pool area. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a TV, and a private bath. The guest bedroom is equipped with two double beds, accommodating an additional four guests. The well-appointed living room includes a sleeper sofa and tasteful decor. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious family meal. On-site laundry facilities add to your convenience.

Parking passes must be purchased via a link sent two days before your arrival to secure parking.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
No pets are permitted on the property.
Boats and trailers are not allowed at this property.
If you're considering an extended stay, inquire about our monthly "Snowbird" rates available from November through February!

I give it a 4 star because one we had a toilet issue that wasn't taken care of while we were there and the master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable very firm mattress but will not reflect us staying there again enjoy our time and stay there every time we come down twice a year great location and amenities are awesome.

Property was nice and location was good toward the front and facing the inside with pools. Plenty of towels. Only a few minor issues involving kitchen lighting and front door. Would definitely stay at this property again.

The unit it’s self was ok.
The grounds and access to the beach were great.
Property was 12 miles out from Gulf Shores.
Three places to eat nearby, a dollar general and a market to get incidentals close by.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils.
Issues:
Pulled dirty dishes and silverware out of cupboards.
Some of the cookware and cooking utensils had dried food on them.
No toilet paper or soap in master bathroom.
Light fixture in second bedroom did not work.
Furniture needs cleaned or replaced.
The unit was very cluttered.
The bedding was worn.
Contact was made on second day with no call back.
