This property was above and beyond my expectation of a VRBO. The house and property are spotless and wonderfully remodeled. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils/pots and pans/plates/glasses, etc. The beds are very comfortable, and bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The front and backyard sitting areas are wonderful with plenty of room to hang all together or have some quiet time to yourself. There is a very clean BBQ out back that works great. Location is very close to pickleball, shopping, hiking, grocery, restaurants. The hosts were amazing, responding to questions and always available if we needed them! Would stay again for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Phoenix. Wendy was very responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. The house was clean, well appointed and close to other family members. The neighborhood is very walkable and convenient to stores and restaurants!! Thank you Wendy and Simon! Robin
