The newly remodeled kitchen (2024) is fully equipped with an induction stove, large refrigerator, and a stunning island, perfect for cooking and gathering. You’ll find multiple seating areas for dining and relaxing, along with three spacious bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of privacy.
Upon entry, there’s a well-equipped fitness room to keep up with your routine. The master bedroom features a generous closet, and each bedroom includes its own walk-in closet for easy organization. The living room boasts a large TV, while outside, a wonderful heated pool awaits anyone looking to unwind after exploring the nearby restaurants, golfing spots, hiking trails, and cultural attractions.
Outdoors, a full BBQ setup invites you to grill and dine under the Arizona sky. After a dip in the heated pool, settle in to watch a beautiful sunset in the backyard. In the right season, you can even pick fresh, sweet oranges from our tree! For cooler evenings, there are heaters and a cozy fire pit.

Helpful to have:A small notebook with directions for a few items:Light switches in various rooms required some trial and error - they may be smart switches?How to turn on/off fountain in pool and electric panel guide for spa use.Couldn't make child gate fit stairs.Overall, lovely quiet place to relax. Great pool and patio.Roomy, great location. Host responsive and attentive. Thank you.

Wonderful place and exactly as advertised. The pool was perfect for relaxing and had great shade and space. We had our fill of oranges from the backyard orange tree while also utilizing the grill for several evenings of dinner by the pool. The kitchen is the most equipped we've ever seen, ideal for our family chef to prepare great meals with Costco and Trader Joe's conveniently nearby. Will stay here again in the future and highly recommend!

Mayo was just minutes away and my daughter-in-law had two appointments while we stayed.The home is beautiful with large rooms. The kitchen is large allowing a couple of cooks working at the same time. There are a couple of family areas so activities are spread out. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were large as well. All of us enjoyed the pool.I started each morning with a fresh orange from varone of two orange trees in the back yard. The grill was a large 6 burner grill which we used for several home cooked meals. For meals out there was a nice verity to choose from.Ina is a great host and communicated in a timely manner.

Lovely home. Location was perfect, very close to everything we needed. Our, Ina, host provided a well stocked home. There was a very pretty backyard with comfortable seating, a large grill and a heated pool. The inside was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed walking the nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
