This beach retreat is in a great location right off of Oak Island Drive near shops and restaurants while still providing a quiet getaway tucked in between the live oak trees. Take a stroll to the beach using the 20th Street scenic walkway over Davis Canal, which can be accessed just two houses down. If you don't want to make the walk over the canal, then it's a quick drive to either 40th Street or Middleton Avenue (golf cart parking only for the latter) public beach accesses.
Relax in the living area equipped with a flat screen TV with streaming capabilities. Whip up some local seafood in the kitchen and enjoy dinner at the dining room table which provides seating for six.
The screened in porch located off the back of the house provides a great spot for a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink at night while feeling the sea breeze whistle through the oak trees.
When you leave you'll be having Island Breeze of your recent relaxing trip to Long Beach!
Please note that the bedroom TV is not a smart TV. Guests must bring and hook up their own streaming devices or gaming systems to utilize this additional TV.

Overall stay was good. The location was great. I love that it was pet friendly and we also enjoyed the hot tub. The property could use a good deep clean in some areas. I'd also recommend trimming the gorgeous roses back. It's a little tricky to get on the sidewalk without getting snagged! The house does need some extras like blankets, salt and pepper, tupperware. ⁹Things you would just assume is there.

This house was very clean and simply decorated but packed with items you need on vacation. Conveniently located to beach by car. Hot tub and washer/dryer is a plus.

This was such a wonderful property to stay on. The house itself was very clean and had everything you would need. You cannot beat the location--it is close to absolutely everything including the scenic walkway which is absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend and plan on staying there again in the future.
