The property was very clean and comfortable. The backyard/deck is phenomenal! The property has pretty much everything you need as far as cooking, beach items, a kayak, bicycles, lots of board games, books, just so many things that make it convenient for your stay. We make several trips to OKI each year. If the cottage is available, we will definitely book again.
There wasn’t any negatives for us.

This beach cottage includes all the amenities that you coul ask for; cooking supplies, beach chairs, bbq grill, bycicles, etc. The beds are very comfortable. The deck and hammock in the backyard are great additions!
Although there isn't anything that you can do about it, the distance to the beach is the only drawback. Two bikes are available or you can drive (Oak Island charges for parking) or hike.
