We have found our spot! We have been vacationing in Florida since the mid 80's with the last 5 years we have been doing monthly rentals. This years place has been the best by far. All others pale in comparison. Jim was very easy to work with. A few glitches along the way but they did not cause any issues. Well stocked and very clean on arrival. Only drawback is the lack of loungers and comfy patio furniture as we are sun worshipers who keep the sunscreen industry in business. We will definitely be back and are trying to firm up dates for next April. Thanks Jim. Please keep us in mind

We loved our stay at this Cape Coral home. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was warm and got sun all day! We used the hot tub everyday, it was very comfortable to relax in. The beds were very comfortable too. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. Felt like Home. Manager/Owner Jim Kramer was in touch not only at check in but through out our stay to check that we had no issues. We travel with a small dog and have stayed at other VRBO that allowed dogs and the home as well as the yards werenot very well maintained, this home was an exception, everything was pristine. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.and make it ours for 6 weeks.
