There are great places to explore very close including: Sand Hollow, Zions National Park, Snow Canyon, 15 Golf Courses, Tuacahn Center for the Arts, and much more. The Virgin River Trail runs by Ladera with amazing scenery for walking, hiking, and biking. Enjoy the heated pool or visit Parks that are in walking distance. Ladera Livin has so much to offer.

Great property with small touches throughout. The clothes washing machine comes pre-loaded with detergent. There are q-tips in the bathrooms. Great beds with quality bedding. Clearly, this is a host that is more interested in how much we'd enjoy staying there than using whatever was cheapest. We had a great stay.

Excellent accommodations! Host was great. We sure appreciated the location and the accommodations. Plenty of rooms, access to restaurants, and easy check in. Would highly recommend this Vrbo.
