We enjoyed our stay in north Boulder very much. The house and location was perfect for our family of six.The trails right outside the front door were perfect for morning or early evening walks. The house was clean and everything was in great condition. We never worried about anything going wrong as Martin & Inge Nuss were perfect hosts and checked in or answered any questions we had.Thank you for a great stay.

The home was perfect for us. Plenty of room and extremely clean. The view and location were great. Being right across the street from a path was really convenient, as well as being close to downtown. It really was the perfect home for our stay and we would definitely come back if we get the chance.

Spent a week in Boulder with the family visiting our CU student. Could not have stayed in a better place. House was lovely, views from the patio were outstanding! Kitchen had everything we needed for home cooked meals. Adult kids loved the workout room in the basement. Location was great for visiting Estes, Nederland, Pearl St., Chautauqua. Also loved the hiking trails within walking distance from the house. Highly recommend!
