About this house rental
Bonito is a gorgeous 3- Story /3-Bedroom/3-Bathroom/ Fully Equipped Kitchen townhouse located within walking distance to the ocean and several other local hot spots. Main Floor - Kitchen, Family Room, Bathroom, Wash/Dryer Area and Bedroom w/ Bunkbed - Top Bunk Full Size Mattress, Full Size Futon, 3rd Floor includes Master Bedroom with King Bed, Master Bathroom, Hallway Bathroom and 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed. Each Bedroom has new Fire Stick TVs. The location is very close to the Boardwalk, Britt's Donuts (Legendary), Tiki Bar, Outdoor Marketplace (seasonal), Aquarium, Ferry, and local restaurants. It's a great home on a quiet cul de sac. LINENS are included. Each bathroom will have a Bath Mat and Bath Towels! The property does have security cameras exterior only that oversees the driveway and the entry door. The cameras are to ensure security of the perimeter to keep our home safe while no one is there and to protect our guests property while on site. Bring your flip flops and beach stuff and here's to Good Times and Tan Lines!

The house is the perfect location in Carolina Beach. Only four blocks from the beach and an easy walk or bike ride to many restaurants.
The house was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Plenty of space for the five of us. The master bedroom was large with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Also nice that each bedroom had it's own full bath. Great that the three boys did not have to share one bathroom.
The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans & utensils that we needed for a week.
Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. They made sure we had all the information we needed for our stay.
We would recommend this property to anyone seeking a place to stay in Carolina Beach.

This was the perfect vacation spot for my family of four! Our two littles enjoyed the bunk beds and felt right at home. Being within walking distance to the beach was a major plus for us while we also enjoyed being on a nice and quiet street.
The house is fully equipped for cooking and dining in to help save on eating out everyday. The beds are all new mattresses so that was a plus for comfort and cleanliness. The bathrooms were roomy and clean.
Our favorite part of the house was the French doors leading to the front deck. It really was an extension to the living area and let in so much light and fresh ocean air. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you MaryAnne for being only a text away with any questions we had during our stay. You have a beautiful Home away from Home!

I rented this property while I was looking for a house to buy in the area.. First of all MaryAnne is a fantastic host. She made sure I had the check-in information well in advance and even got a hold of me after I checked in to see if everything was okay. She's super awesome!
The inside has been decorated perfectly! I'll probably reach out to MaryAnne for assistance decorating my new home, she did that good of a job... I really can't say anything negative about my experience or the house. Everything you need is in the kitchen and I was able to log into my apps on the TV's. Just bring your luggage, food, wine, and blankets and you're all set!
