This splendid, reverse floor-plan home offers an unbeatable location near restaurants, an ice cream parlor, convenience stores, supermarkets, and great attractions. For your sandy excursions, bring the provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and all-terrain wagon (located in the guest storage closet) to make beach visits truly memorable. Take one of the four provided adult cruiser bikes for a romantic ride or to indulge in sunset views from a nearby pier. Located less than a mile away, Carolina Beach Lake Park offers a park with a beautiful lake and a playground. Other fantastic attractions include the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Kure Beach Pier, Kure Beach, Freeman Park, Fort Fisher State Historic Site, and the North Carolina Aquarium At Fort Fisher.
The main living area is located on the upper level and boasts a contemporary open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is a wonderful gathering spot with comfortable sofas, a pull-out sofa bed, a coffee table stored with games for everyone to enjoy, and a 70' smart TV to keep you all entertained during your stay. A wooden desk nestled by the window provides natural light and serves as the perfect space for those who want to catch up on remote work. Attached to the living area is a lovely furnished balcony with great views of the ocean. Back inside, the chef's kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. A pristine coffee corner/wet bar will please all coffee enthusiasts in your group - find a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and a marble-topped bar cart, along with everything you need to prepare the ultimate beverage.
The second floor features two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a 60' TV, a seating area, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and frameless glass showers. One of the bedrooms offers an ocean-view balcony with comfy seating. The first floor has three additional bedrooms, each one with an en suite bath. Two of these three bedrooms have TVs, with the bedrooms toward the back of the home also having an attached furnished balcony for serene moments, no matter the time of day. Additional perks you will find include an elevator, a universal electric vehicle charger (outlet only, please bring your required charger), a Pack N' Play, beach chairs, and an outdoor Ping-Pong table.

The property was amazing, beds were hard to figure out where sheets and blankets were. Needed more blankets and linens. Maintenance gentleman came to reset internet, he was awesome. Over all very nice place would stay again if it got cleaned.

The home was beautifully done inside and everything looked brand new… there was plenty of room for guests to sleep, and the beds were comfortable… The only issue I had was a place that expensive and not having any Kleenex in any of the five bathrooms or in the house itself.

I had an amazing weekend at Noah's Ark! The property is so clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate everyone, including individuals like me who have physical disabilities and limitations. I’ve never stayed in accommodations so well-planned and accessible until now. Beach access was within walking distance, and the area offers plenty of activities and great restaurants nearby. It was a truly pleasant and relaxing stay, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience so others can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, our stay at this property fell well short of expectations for several key reasons.
Cleanliness Concerns
The home was not adequately cleaned prior to our arrival. We found multiple strands of hair in the bed linens and bathrooms, which was off-putting and raised concerns about hygiene. For a property marketed as high-end, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable.
Misleading Bathroom Description
The listing stated that the home had five full bathrooms — a key reason we chose it for a larger group. In reality, only four bathrooms were full, and one was a half bath. This misleading information created logistical headaches for our party and felt like false advertising.
Poorly Maintained Amenities
Several advertised amenities were either broken or not usable:
• The dishwasher was malfunctioning, which added stress to what should have been a relaxing trip.
• The grill was completely rusty and unusable, making it impossible to enjoy outdoor cooking as we had planned. It clearly had not been maintained and should not be listed as a functioning amenity.
• There was no clear information on how to access the beach gear (chairs, wagon, bike helmets), which was frustrating and rendered those items essentially inaccessible.
Overall Experience
This home has potential given its layout and location, but the experience was marred by inattention to detail, lack of proper maintenance, and misleading information. With more honest advertising and better upkeep, this could be a great rental — but as it stands, I cannot recommend it.
