About this house rental
Start making those family vacation memories today in this spacious, beautiful home. Located at the 10 mm, this open concept home has 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. (see detailed bedroom/bathroom descriptions below.) Prepare large meals in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with seating for 23 ppl or grill out and enjoy the lake views from the enormous multi level tiered deck. After a day on the water come back and relax outside on the private dock, take in a movie in the theater room, hang out at the wet bar, lounge out and catch a game or play some shuffleboard. Our private dock includes table seating for 8, outdoor TV with wireless speakers, large fan, 2 covered boat slips, 2 drive on jet ski lifts, a jump platform, swim ladder, maui mat and sun loungers all for our guests to enjoy.
So much to do at this location with a world of outdoor space. Situated off of the main channel but close enough so you can quickly get to the bars and restaurants around the lake. Perfect home for large groups and families to be together!

Home was completely renovated in 2022! New dock was installed in April 2023!

The house was perfect for our family of 12. Every bedroom had their own bathroom - which was amazing!! Our rental boat and jet skis were delivered to the dock. Unfortunately, the dock did not have the jet ski lifts that had been pictured. However, we made it work. Great vacation!

The house looked just like the pictures. SO much room for the 12 of us. 4 kids, 8 adults. I liked the fact that kids had their own bathroom and each couple had their own private bedroom/bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked so we could make various types of meals. Lots of spices, oil, pancake mix,, etc! We had plenty of water toys, floats and 2 kayaks. In the pictures it looks like there is a beach but there is not. Great dock with a large tv, lounge chairs and 2 sets of table and chairs. We did rent a pontoon boat from Point Oasis and they were wonderful to work with. Lake of the Ozarks is gorgeous. We’re so happy we chose this for our family vacation. We had a wonderful time!!!

The property is nice and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great for the 13 of us.The water got a little choppy at times because of the restaurant/bar at the end of the cove.

The home was in a great location and good amount of beds and baths. Good spaces with sitting areas too. However, we had issues with the cleanliness of the property. A terrible ant problem in the kitchen on counters and floors. Dirty bathrooms with black rings in toilets and hair in showers. The front porch area was filled with bugs and spiders. The deck off kitchen needed cleaned and ants and spiders all over furniture cushions. I know it’s the lake but did not seem to be cleaned close to our arrival date. Good dock space and lily pad were nice additions. We had a lake place for 29 years so we know what it takes to keep property ready to use.
