Beautiful grounds, view, and home. Everything we needed for cooking and storage. Super responsive staff. Close to downtown Palm Springs. The pool and jacuzzi face the mountains. It seemed to be a sanctuary for birds and butterflies. We have 14 year-old twins who thoroughly enjoyed the pool and game activities. We are already making reservations for next year. We visit Palm Springs every summer, and this was the best experience ever.

The home is perfection The neighbors are not great If you have kids and they make a sound or laugh be prepared for “adult divas” to yell out “shut up!”

Cute house with lots of knickknacks and cute stuff. The management is very responsive and was kind enough to give me an early check out and check in. The house could definitely use a deep cleaning and a magic eraser throughout. Lots of dirty walls. The master shower had a lot of chipped paint, furniture had some marks on it (sofa and stool), sheets had some marks on them, headboard and sides of bed had red stuff which may have been juice. Before you book you should know that you need to “pick up the keys” at a physical office. There are no keys to “pick up”. They give you the code, have you sign the same exact documents you signed online (as stated by the associate), provide your ID, and your credit card. Lots of cicadas on the property. The noise was so intense at some points during the day that when I would go inside my ears felt as if there was a drop in pressure. I would wake up to a few dead or half dead every morning. I saw one “unfavorable” bug a landlord would call a “water bug” outside on the patio but thankfully not on the inside of the house. This house has the ability to be a five out of five but needs a little more TLC. I don’t think I would stay here again.
