Kiahuna Plantation Resort is the only beachfront condominium resort in Poipu. The plantation style architecture is surrounded by over thirty acres of lagoons, lily and koi ponds, swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and plumeria trees accented by meticulously maintained lawns. The white sands of Kiahuna Beach are perfect for a day at the beach and the blue crystal waters are ideal for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, and more.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. We stayed here in June 2025. The location is fantastic--great views of surfing from the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. We loved that the kitchen and living area were on the top floor which meant everyone could enjoy the best view. Also, the Yeti-type cooler available for use was much appreciated, and the lovely bottle of champagne that greeted us was a real treat. The only negative is the quality of the mattresses and bedding---to be truly "excellent", those need to be upgraded. A Nespresso coffee machine would also elevate the experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Kauai! The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, and the layout gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen was especially well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add a simple egg crate or mattress topper to the beds—they were a bit on the firm side for our taste. But overall, we absolutely loved our time here and would definitely return!

The location and property were outstanding. I didn't like renting through VRBO and then, without any communication from VRBO, being asked to sign a separate contract with Parrish Collection. In this day and age of fraud, I would have appreciated some communication.
