On the ocean! Private dock, hot tub, heated pool, rooftop patio, elevator!

we had an incredible vacation at the villa! the property and home were super clean, everyone in the community was super friendly, and the location is incredible! we brought our 20ft flats boat and having the dock steps away was awesome! we were on the water every day and saw so much! sandbars, mangrove islands, sombrero reef, the grass flats- all of it was thrilling. we saw so much wild life and had a blast night fishing from the dock. the nearby island fish co and keys fisheries were easy to get to, fun, and delicious. again- the location of the villa is incredible. we are already planning a longer return trip next year- we were so sad to leave. communication and instructions from the host were easy to understand and the hosts were responsive and kind- we were even able to check in a bit early which was great! we only had 2 negatives about the property- the amazing rooftop deck does have furniture, but no umbrella or shade, so we could really only use it at sunset/night- it’s hot up there! number 2 were the beds and pillows in the main bedrooms. after all day in the boat, we wanted to sink into luxury bedding comparable to a hotel, but the mattress and pillows were pretty low quality for the money we paid in our opinion. we’re hopeful these will be upgraded next year. all in all though, an incredible villain an incredible location with everything in your back yard. can’t wait to return.

The house was perfect! Clean and beautifully set with a perfect view of the ocean. Quiet gated community!!! The owners were very attentive and friendly providing quick responses. Just don’t wait until the last day to jump off the boat dock and go for a swim!!!! Will definitely be back

The hosts were very accommodating and responded to questions promptly. The house is beautiful and in the perfect location. There are state parks, walking trails, and restaurants nearby. The views from every room are spectacular.

My wife and I were looking for a place to just get away and relax. This is the perfect get-away. The house is amazing and situated to afford amazing views of the water from every floor.The house was immaculate. You can tell that Larry pays attention to every detail. He met us on check in and walked us through the house. You literally only need to bring clothing, food and drinks as everything else is provided.The area has many nearby attractions which we took advantage of but one of the best activities was fishing right off the dock. Caught many Yellowtail Snapper (best spot to drop your line is between the first and second set of pilings). Was visited by some very lazy pelicans who sat next to me on the dock waiting for me to feed them what I caught. When it was time to leave we seriously considered staying for a few more days. My wife expressed that this will be on her list of one of her ‘happy places’.Thank you Larry - hopefully we will be back again soon.
