There are so many restaurants and eateries, concerts, sports, nature trails, and places to bike.
Prime season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and I tend to keep the pool/spa open from late April to late September (no extra charges for propane here!) Off season is tranquil and peaceful and is a wonderful time to enjoy and explore The Hamptons without the crowds. There are still so many activities that your family or group can create wonderful memories as there is rental availability throughout the year.

Great house with lots of things to do. Great pool and backyard with a putting green. A few blocks to the beach great sunsets. Tennis and volleyball court near buy. Beautiful house very relaxing Spent great time with the family who all enjoyed it. 5 star experience. Near to most restaurants and other Hampton locations.

The house was exactly as presented on VRBO. The outside areas were great, the house was clean, modern and comfortable. Our family had an excellent time.

This property and home is absolutely gorgeous! The inside and outside of the house look exactly like the pictures. The house was extremely clean and stocked with more than expected. Natalie is a great host and has thought of every detail, she even had all bathrooms stocked with toiletries just in case you forgot to bring something as well as kitchen items and cleaning supplies which is not always the case when renting a home. All rooms were beautifully decorated and cozy. The peloton bike and exercise equipment were a great plus. The backyard is gorgeous and comfortable for a family with children. Ours kids loved the pool and spent hours having fun and making memories. Natalie is thoughtful and thorough and even left a welcome basket for us which was incredibly sweet and we enjoyed very much! We enjoyed meeting Natalie and her husband during check-in and would definitely recommend this home and would love to visit again!

My wife and I enjoyed a 10-day stay here at the end of August. This is a bright, spacious, newly renovated home with a beautiful heated pool. The generous space provided lots of options for small and large groupings. A lot of care and thought went into the prep for rental here – there are 4 smart TVs, a pool table, a peloton bike, and a blue tooth sound system inside and out.
Best of all, the house is part of a community association that offers access to 2 tennis courts, and a lovely, quiet, private beach on the Peconic Bay (a 5-10 minute walk from the house; 2 mins by bike or car). The location made it easy to explore the Hamptons and visit other local beaches as well.
The hosts, Natalie and Andrew, were accessible, friendly, and very responsive when questions arose. We’d be delighted to return in the future.
