About this house rental
Hello! Welcome to our beautiful Southampton home.
**We have a six night minimum reservation policy from June 1st - August 7th**
With 2800 square feet of luxury living space, our home is the perfect size to accommodate larger groups or multiple families traveling together. The home has recently undergone a full renovation, and the bright, white, and modern beach aesthetic is evident throughout. The floor plan is an open concept layout making it a fantastic place to spend time with loved ones and friends. As an additional perk for families, the bedrooms are split between two levels. The upstairs master connects to a children's room (2 twin beds) via a jack-and-jill bathroom. Downstairs is another master bedroom, and two more bedrooms. We have a Peloton bike which is available in our master guest bedroom looking out to the pool.
The kitchen is new and fully stocked with cookware and modern appliances and a Weber grill on the deck outside. For the kids, we have a brand new finished basement with a cozy couch, smart TV, and lots of games, puzzles, and art supplies.
Our pool is right off the dining / living room areas, providing seamless indoor / outdoor living - so you will never be far from your companions! Our home is equidistant from the charming town of Sag Harbor and the great shopping village of Southampton - about 10 minutes to each. We are a short drive from the beautiful Flying Point and Cooper's Beach as well as Mecox Beach in Bridgehampton. In addition to all of the pool and beach fun our home has to offer, there are other local activities such as tennis, kayaking, hiking, strawberry picking, children's museum, bowling, and much more.

This house is spectacular! Immaculately kept, beautiful private yard and pool. Perfect set-up for our adult kids and grandchildren. We had a wonderful week in Southampton! The farm stand 4 minutes from the house had the sweetest corn and beautiful vegetables. 3 minutes from the house is a great Italian restaurant, Pelligrono’s. During the summer season be sure to call ahead for a reservation. We went to Cooper’s Beach which has bathrooms, food, lifeguards, etc. The house is super well equipped with everything you need down to the coffee! Thank you David!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at David’s home. The house is immaculate and well stocked with everything you might need from kitchen items to towels to paper goods and cleaning supplies. They even provided laundry detergent. The pool is so nice, even better than the picture. The layout of the house is perfect for families. The very nice finished basement was a big hit for the children. David is always available and very responsive which we appreciated although everything at the house ran very smoothly. I would say this is not like your typical rental home in that it seems brand new with high-end furniture and finishes that have been well taken care of. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Also, I’d like to mention that the house is close to everything… Typically a 15 minute drive to Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor or Southampton. And it’s very easy to get to the beaches.

Each summer my wife and I host our family for a vacation. We are six adults and four children from 3 - 8 years old. This was our first experience with VRBO so we were not entirely clear as to what to expect.
We were so pleasantly surprised with EVERYTHING!!
The property was so perfect for a family of 10. Everything was pristine. The house has a great layout and location. The pool was a big hit as well.
Probably what distinguishes a rental the most is Vacation host. David is so extraordinary because he could not be any more responsive and helpful. He was always available by text or phone and was so friendly and easy to deal with.
We had a minor plumbing issue Saturday night during our stay. David made arrangements to a plumber to make an emergency call. Luckily my son-in-law was able to fix the problem negating the need for the plumber. The next morning we received a surprise delivery of sweets from Levain Bakery as a thank you for our inconvenience. So thoughtful.
We recommend this property without reservation.

Our stay at this Hamptons property during Fourth of July week was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty and luxurious comfort that this property offers.
The location of the property is unbeatable. We were just a short drive away from stunning beaches, charming local shops, and exquisite dining options. Despite being so conveniently located, the property still offered a sense of seclusion and privacy, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot on, enhancing our experience even further.
Overall, our Fourth of July week at this Hamptons property was everything we hoped for and more. We left with wonderful memories and a longing to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway in the Hamptons!
