Check in was easy.
The condo and property was as advertised.
Upon arrival we noticed a number of things that needed attention and we found it easier to address them ourselves as opposed to calling the staff and having someone sent over while were trying to get moved in.
The bathroom mat in the front bathroom was very dirty, to the point it was obvious when first looking at it. The mat in the master bathroom was soaking wet. Wife washed and dried both and that was when we could tell just how dirty the mats were. Both looked so much better after being washed. Feel sure the next occupants appreciated it.
The shower unit in the master bath also had a fair amount of black hair on the shower walls. We cleaned the shower unit.
The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was dusty and had spider webs on the blades. Spider webs were also on the light hanging over the dining room table. Not proud, but we left both as is. (I have pics)
The floor between the dining table and exterior wall had either marinara sauce, or pizza sauce, on it. We cleaned it up.
Someone had spilled pepper in the utensil drawer. Wife cleaned it.
TV in den was not dependable. Bedroom units worked fine, but the den unit would go dark as tho
