About this villa rental
Welcome to Villa Zen Zen, our Caribbean family villa where a private Sanctuary awaits you and we want you to experience 5 Star service whilst feeling at home. Light, air and space are the principles in the design of this beautiful home. We think you will fall in love with Villa Zen Zen and Jamaica. Although not as large as more ostentatious villas, the well thought out open plan and flow of the townhome allows the perfect combination of indoor/outdoor tropical living. We hope that on entering our beautiful home that you instantly get the feeling of peace and oneness with your surroundings - Zen at Villa Zen Zen.
Our Villa is located on a private narrow peninsula surrounded by the ocean (a designated Marine Sanctuary) in an exclusive quiet family orientated gated community with 24 Hour Security and yet is only at a 20-minute drive from the Airport.
This modern luxurious Jamaican Waterfront Villa in Montego Bay is further enhanced by the highest quality in fittings and luxury furnishings. We have a full time Chef, Butler and Housekeeping to complete your luxury vacation. No small detail has been overlooked to ensure you have the most wonderful and comfortable stay. Please note that this is not a party house and guests are requested to be respectful to our neighbors with regards to noise levels.

Complimentary access to Freeport Private Beach. Whilst one can swim in the Lagoon (a designated Marine Park) we normally recommend the private beach a short walk away or Doctors Cave Beach.
A villa is only as good as its Staff and we have an amazing Team; we have a very experienced Professional Chef who is very talented and we are sure you will not be disappointed, our Butler is an expert mixologist and will be happy to serve you throughout the day and our Housekeeping team will make your vacation complete.

Bedroom 2 - Two Queen Beds with luxurious linens. Smart TV. En-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Room Safe.
Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed with luxurious linens. Smart TV. En-suite bathroom with Tub and Shower. Room safe
Nanny services can be provided at an additional cost.
We can also arrange massages and spa treatments at the villa for you to help you completely unwind.
Although we doubt that you will want to leave this private paradise, we can also assist you if you wish to explore further afield with your driver who will act as your personal guide. Perhaps take a day trip to visit our wonderful Island which has so much to offer such as river rafting, fishing, snorkeling, glass bottom boat rides, sunset cruises, feeding the hummingbirds, amazing waterfalls to name a few.

As part of the HOA Agreement, guests will be asked to provide a form of photo ID prior to arrival. We take a note of this information and keep it on record for the duration of the guests stay, upon departure this information will be destroyed according to the Data Protection regulations.

This is indeed a truly beautiful, well appointed house. The pool is lovely and the view is serene. All four bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the master bedroom exceptionally so. What truly sets this property apart from any we have previously experienced, however, is the people. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Fabian, Sheryle and Chef Damian we were put immediately at ease. Their kindness and hospitality were so genuine it turned Villa Zen Zen from a house into a home. Fabian's hospitality is impeccable and Chef Damian's cooking is absolutely next level amazing. To top it all off Julie was incredibly helpful and friendly, perpetually available to answer questions and book our transportation and excursions. We rarely ever return to the same place twice, just because there is so much left out there to do and see, but we are already seriously discussing a return to Villa Zen Zen. I would give this team ten stars if I could.

This was honestly one of the vacations I’ve had and staying on this property played a huge part in my amazing experience in Jamaica. The host was very helpful and always responded in a timely manner. The butler Fabian was the most caring and attentive person I’ve ever met. He made great drinks, if I were to book again it would definitely be because of him. The housekeeper was also a delightful individual. Still feel like groceries should be included in the costly price of the villa but that’s neither here nor there. Chef begs for tips, as tips are optional and given at free will but his constant hounding made it seem as if it were another bill. Food was good. This villa was AMAZING! The only disappointing thing about my stay was that I had to leave! My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I have no words about the service. Julie was very responsive and kept everything streamlined. She gave recommendations on travel which shortened the wait time at the airport. The staff (Fabian, Damian, and Sheryl) were awesome. They were very accommodating and helpful. The food was to die for. Chef Damian is very talented and catered to your food preferences. Fabian needs to be a bartender. He made the best drinks as well as took us out kayaking. This was the best vacation!! We will be back!!
