Here's a polished version of your VRBO review that maintains your honest feedback while improving clarity and tone:---We were looking for a simple place to sleep, shower, and do laundry—and this property fit the bill. It’s an older home but was clean and maintained. The master bed was comfortable, though the futon wasn’t ideal. My teenage boys were glad not to have to share a bed, as one of the bedrooms had twin beds, which worked out great. We had to contact management for a couple of minor issues, and they were responsive and helpful. The towels were quite thin and some had bleach stains, which was a little disappointing. Overall, a functional and decent stay for our needs.

Nice older home in a nice quiet neighborhood. My dog really enjoyed the fenced in yard. I liked the screened in porch. Didn’t watch any TV on my stay but there is a decent sized one I. The living room and another in the master bedroom. The house is close to food and shopping. I will stay here again when I am back in the area.
