Two fully furnished houses just feet apart make this the perfect destination for extended families at Lake Brownwood. The houses have been beautifully restored over the last 2 years and are like new. Main house has 3 bedrooms (two rooms with queen beds and a room with two twin beds), 1 bath, full kitchen, dining area and large living room. Guest house has two bedrooms and a bunk room (queen bed in each bedroom and two bunk beds in the bunk space), 1 bath, full kitchen, dining space and large living area. A deck in between the two houses provides tons of outdoor living space. Outdoor kitchen and bar with outdoor living space and TV. The property has a private boat ramp and tons of parking. The yard slopes gently down to the dock so there is no worry of anyone falling down a steep cliff or having to climb a long staircase to get back from the water. The dock has a large pontoon boat slip / lift and another large boat slip / lift with 2 attached jet ski docks. Over 200 feet of lake front means plenty of fishing, kayaking or other activities. An automatic fish feeder provides a fun show of fish every evening. There are 4 RV hook ups available for an additional fee. (50 amp with water)The dock is in a protected cove so you can enjoy the water without strong winds or waves.

Birthday event for our 17 year old grandson. It is a very nice place we just had lots of rain. The rain did not interrupt catching fish.

The two houses were perfect for each of the families and were kid friendly. The access to the water and deck were also ideal for young kids.

Great spot with 2 houses joined by fun patio area. The layout is so nice, awesome yard and we were able to use the boat ramp on the property to put our pontoon in the water. We would definitely try to book again.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The hosts thought of everything. Both homes were spotless and the grounds were gorgeous. We can’t wait to go back!
