Relax to the rolling surf from the private balcony of this two-bedroom, two-bath condo. The oceanfront living room and primary bedroom have direct access to the balcony. Fully equipped with high-speed internet, high-definition televisions with streaming services only (located in the living room and bedrooms), keyless door locking system, on-site washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and central air-conditioning.

This is a first-floor oceanfront unit with dune obstructed view. That being said, you gain privacy from the dune while still being able to relax to the sound of the waves and wildlife. This marvelous condo is oceanfront with access to the beach on 55th and 56th streets. The condominium provides private outdoor showers located on both ends of the building.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This condo comes with two (2) assigned parking spaces, both of which are in the front row closest to the building. No need to use the stairs or elevator to access the unit or the beach.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location was nice and quiet and, though you can't see the beach, you can hear it and access quickly. Great to have two parking spaces, too. Before we booked, we noticed someone had commented about filthy carpeting. When we asked Vacasa about current condition, they said it had been fixed; that was a bold faced lie. It was filthy and badly stained. We arived about 20 min before check in and, though the place was 100% ready with no one there, Vacasa denied us an ealy check in so kids could use the restroom - lame! VRBO can be a mixed bag depending on what property management operation is behind the scenes. As a real estate agent and property manager myself, I can tell you that dealing directly with savvy/welcoming owners beats property management companies all day long. It's usually a much more hospitable experience.

It was clean and cozy. Kitchen well stock with what you need.. like dishes and cookware..glasses. sheets were clean and no stains as well as enough towels. Loved the sound of the waves sitting on the back porch and saw a fox every morning around 8:15. Our grandkids enjoyed it very much.

We loved this condo great place and perfect location for those unable to walk far We had a few small issues that needed to be dealt with (dusty window sills and broken door latch) but all in all good place
