With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this coastal retreat has enough space for a large family and small groups. The primary bedroom has access to the oceanfront balcony from where you can admire unparalleled views of the water. This retreat is fully-equipped with a washer/dryer on-site, central air conditioning throughout, free WiFi, cable TV, and so much more!
Things to Know
No pets, please.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
All beds and mattresses have been replaced with new ones, including the sleeper sofa.
New washer & dryer, and appliances.
New dining room table, buffet and adirondack chairs in the balcony.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo is great the views are wonderful and the setup is perfect for a family with several kids.

This is a very comfortable and efficient unit

The unit was furnished very nicely, but there are things that need attention:
1. Front door knob loose (I repaired)
2. Master Bed Screen Door out of square would not open.
3. Takes a long time to get hot water at any sink or shower.
4. No Wi-Fi password was given.
5. Towels were left in the washer ( I dried them)
6. TV in Master hard to navigate took 5 days to figure out.
