Sitting on a private bluff, it offers stunning views of the Mississippi River from its rooms and front porch. Furnished with comfortable antique and vintage-style furniture complementing its construction date and your stay in Davenport’s Hamburg Historic District. Fully furnished full kitchen, separate dining and living rooms with a gas log fireplace. Second floor master bedroom with ¾ bathroom with extra-large shower. Second floor central full bath plus washer and dryer. Downstairs 1/2 bath powder room. Private parking lot behind the townhouse. Basement workshop, just let me know if you need to borrow some tools. Back yard with picnic table, seating, charcoal grill and supplies. Friendly, helpful owners live just one block away.
A few blocks walk from Davenport’s downtown and the Mississippi River front.
