Comfortable unit. Advertised pool but was closed for season. Beautiful view of the lake! Close to beaches and restaurants.

We stayed here late May for a weekend getaway. When we got there our door code didn't work so we had to call vacasa, the managing property company. Waited on the phone for 20 minutes before someone answered and they changed the code and we got in. Then, we quickly realized the tvs weren't connected to the wifi. While trying to connect them we realized the wifi password didn't work and had to call and wait another 40 minutes to get that resolved. The TV in the living room only had apple apps and no ability to add other streaming apps. The apple TV apps didn't even work so that tv was completely unusable. The toilet didn't work correctly, we called about that but they never came to fix it or called us back to talk about it. The back door to go down the stairs to the backyard was deadbolted so you weren't able to go that way. The beds were loud when you moved around on them.
At the end of the day the property itself is fine with a few fixes. The owner though may need to look into a different property manager as vacasa was not helpful at all.
