Good location with lots of shops around the area, the staff are so friendly and always quick to help when needed, breakfast have good varieties, the staff alwys try to maintain the place clean and tidy.

The location is great, and having a Mail next door is very handy, some great restaurants and take outs to go to. The staff are amazing, very friendly and attentive.

This is on me not the hotel, as not being used to the morning prayers, our first of 3 rooms was directly above the local mosque, and with no dble glazing the prayers were very loud. So we asked to stay in a quiet room, which was no bother, had family over, tv going, so a busy day inside the room, when everyone left and we went to bed 11.30pm, the noise started again, this time a service lift clanging and banging, rang reception and they very kindly moved us to to executive suit, but just a bit further frim the mosque, my turn to suck it up, the room is great, and actually don't hear to much outside noise.
