Nestled just 10 minutes from downtown, this lovely 3BR/2BA home is a charming canal-front getaway complete with a screened lanai, heated pool, and alfresco dining.
Launch one of the three provided kayaks (lifejackets and paddles included) from the private dock and spend a fun-filled day on the water. Or cast a line off the private dock -- extra perks include two fishing rods, tackle, and mounted rod holders.

Parking is available for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Street parking is not permitted.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great time here. Everything was perfect and we needed for nothing during our stay. Lots of time was spent by the pool for which there were plenty pool toys in the garage. We also left ours there when we left. If we return to Cape Coral in the future, I would be happy to have this villa again.

The home was lovely and the kitchen had all the amenities. We made several homecooked meals and sat at the dining room table. There were plenty of towels and extra toilet paper for the week long stay. The pool was clean, not too cold, and did not have a chlorine feel. Lots of toys in the garage and we enjoyed kayaking in the canal. The Wifi supported music streaming seamlessly. I loved the elongated table that looks over the living room, perfect for working on a laptop and keeping an eye on everything. In the morning we sat on the dock and drank orange juice and listened to the birds. Highly recommend!

We chose this location to be close to our family in Cape Coral while we helped them reno their new nursery. Having this VRBO to come back to and relax had not only a good location but also some great amenities. We had a small group and hosted the baby shower at the VRBO. Having the pool to use and the dock to fish from was a plus. Two of us used the kayaks and had a great time.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste im Außenbereich dringend renoviert werden. Der Pool war nicht sauber, auch der Pool-Boy der angeblich immer Donnerstag kommt, kam nicht. Die Moskitonetze im Außenbereich sind defekt, somit waren immer Fliegen im Pool und im Außenbereich. Auch der Grill ist in die Jahre gekommen. Schön wären Liegen am Pool gewesen. Am Steg sind teilweise die Bretter defekt. Leider versprechen die Bilder mehr, als es dann in der Realität ist.
Innen ist die Einrichtung o.k. Die Bäder sind ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum und Küche sind schön und recht neu.
Schön fanden wir, dass Kanus vorhanden waren und genutzt werden konnten.
