This spacious home has everything you could want for your next vacation to Cape Coral Florida. This area is a boater's dream. Either rent your own boat or charter a local fishing captain for a day out on the water. Tie up to the dock behind the house on the private canal that runs behind all the homes in this beautiful area. Just two turns and you're in the Caloosahatchee River. Plenty of fish to be had. Or take the boat to the local restaurants and beaches - Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and St James just to name a few.
Or you can just sit back and relax and enjoy the private pool and hot tub or watch the daily visits of the white Ibises or the striped mullets that jump out of the water looking for attention as you sit on your private dock sipping your favorite frozen tropical drink. Paddleboards and kayaks are at your disposal if you feel more adventurous. This home features hideaway sliding doors to the lanai from the dining room, master bedroom and den to give a feel of an indoor-outdoor living space - complete with a screened pool cage so you can leave them open without worry of any unwanted pests.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything about the Coral House exceeded our expectations. The property was clean throughout, plenty of clean towels and the beds and bedding were of a high standard. The kit was well stocked with all items of cutlery, and all appliances worked well.
The pool and dockside were great, and we spent many happy hours there.
The location was excellent for our week in SW Florida. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Cape Coral.

The house was great for 2 adults and three kids. The pool was excellent and the view of the canal was serene. The house was well stocked with towels and all needed kitchen untensils.

This home feels like home. Warm and inviting with all the amenities of our own home. The pool and hot tub were very much appreciated.

We booked a much larger property than needed. We were pleased with the stay with one exception. We were promised kayaks which is why we chose this property. We informed the property manger who told us to rent some and we would be refunded the monies for the Kayak. A few days later, we confirmed that we will get the refund and so we rented some kayaks. Right after renting the kayaks, the missing kayaks showed up at the side of the house. It has been a few weeks and I have made 3 attempts to contact the property manager. No one has called be back. I will wait about another week after this review, before I contact my credit card company to dispute the charges.
The second issue is that half way during our stay there was a man who came by to repair the jaccuzi. Not that we would have used it, but it would have been nice if the amminities that were promised was available.
The home was spacious and comfortable. We lacked nothing else. A very quiet and family oriented neighborhood. The home was mostly clean.
