The property was nice and pictures were accurate. We love to stay on the second floor, cause you don’t have to worry about using the elevator. Would recommend this property.

Liked that it is a secure condo with gated access to parking and to and from beach. Overall the building and grounds are very well maintained by friendly efficient staff. The unit is a great location on 2nd floor so easy to walk up, although elevators (4) are pretty efficient. Nice that the view is over a lawned area to Gulf of Mexico. The unit itself was very good with some improvements that can be made (the sofa is not a comfortable sleep and the shower curtain needs replacing). An indoor dining table would be good also (there is bar seating facing away from the gulf. We brought the outdoor table/chairs inside.
