This unit has a new beauty rest mattress, new large capacity washer/ dryer. It is fully furnished with linen, fully equipped kitchen and crock pots.
MAXIMUM GUESTS 6. King bedroom, queen sofa sleeper, set of twin bunks.This unit is PRIME VIEW of everything! Walmart is only 0.4 mile away. It is right down from THE FAMOUS PINEAPPLE WILLIES. We have Wi-Fi, Shuffleboard Courts, Poolside Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's Poolside Restaurant, The Summit Snack Shack Convenience Store & Ice Cream Shop, Parasailing & Jet Ski Rentals, 610 feet of Beachfront, Volleyball, 2 Olympic size pools, 2 kiddie pools, 3 Hot Tubs, Fitness Center & Sauna, Gated Community with Security ATM, Arcade, and more facilities on site and in the immediate area than any other resort in Panama City Beach. I also have a set of chairs and and UMBRELLA in my closet that you may take down on the beach. All I ask is that you rinse them off when you return them.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The pool area was great. Everyone was nice and courteous. We really enjoyed the condo, thanks for sharing your home with us.

Unfortunately, when we were visiting there was construction being done right outside the balcony. View was obstructed. They started around 6am and ended at 5pm so sleeping in wasn’t a thing. Only one pool was open, thankfully it was the heated pool. The room was nice for the price. It did smell of stale cigarette smoke. I had to go to Walmart and buy air fresher and candles to try and rid the smell. When I contacted the owner and let him know about the construction and smoke smell he was very rude and disrespectful. Overall, for the price it was a good stay.

Was only there for two nights, just some feedback for owner, replace batteries in smoke alarm every 6 months whether they need it or not. The alarm right by the bedroom started going off at 1:00 am on the 2nd night of only a 2 night stay. A discount would have been really nice because we had to wake up very early for our flight. We got absolutely zero sleep that night.Also would have thought a few more amenities would have been provided for the cost.
